Eleanor is an 8 year old female Border Collie . She is being fostered in Urbana IL. If you would like additional information on Eleanor, contact [email protected]. Eleanor (Ellie) is a young eight year old. She would love a fenced backyard to run and rip in with a canine sibling that would join her. Ellie is from northern Illinois, so she thinks it is fun to play in the snow.
Inside, Ellie likes a big dog bed to get her beauty sleep. She will get in her "condo" to eat and when it is time for me to leave home. She will sit, shake, and take a treat nicely.
Eleanor's canine sibling should be her size or larger. She does try to "herd" small dogs. She is still trying to figure my cats. She should not be placed in a home with small children. They make her very nervous. Eleanor and small children are not a good mix. She would probably be okay with older kids, but she really doesn't need any kids. She wants to be some pet parent's "baby" in her new home.
